…but true. I always thought that this kind of pictures can only be found in Fun-Emails, mostly received from (former) colleagues (a big THANK YOU here to Maik ;-) ) or friends. But this photo was taken by myself, just this wednesday at around 10 a.m. in front of the Airport in Prague (Czech Republic). It looked like the driver ignored the barrier which allows only one car per lift to enter the underground garage. So she (yes, sorry, it was indeed a female driver) was stopped by the hidden-in-the-street, automatic barrier which come out and lifted her brand new Audi. When I was spotting this, a bunch of people (Police, Security, Airport men) were running around without having an idea what to do. It was a pity that I had to leave before it was solved… ;-)
22. Jun 2008, (hoffentlich) Feierabend Higher high chair

.
There are many things Nadja needs (or to say it better: there are many products offered in the shops and stores to young parents to spend their money for ;-) ). One which is probably a good buy for small children is a feeding or high chair. Most common in Germany are the wooden made “growing” high chairs like the Stokke Tripp Trapp, the “copy” Herlag Tipp Topp or the nice feeding chairs designed by Geuther. All very beautiful, all practicable (because usable a long time), all not appropriate for us! Why?

What soccer EC can do to us – however, as long as Nadja loves it… ! :-)
08. Jun 2008, (hoffentlich) Feierabend From fear to fun
In the beginning there was frustration. No, it was fear. Panic indeed – if there was water coming near to Nadja. We got a probe of bath foam for babies from a nanny. Written on the back of the package is “Our tip: Having a bath just before going to bed calms the baby down and prepares her for the night.” Well, that did not work for Nadja at all! She was crying and yelling loud and had a strong grip on everything she could get her little hands on to avoid contact with water. Step by step, with a lot of patience, distraction and joint baths with the whole family we could transfer it from fear to fun. Now Nadja LOVES water – not only at home at the bathtub, also in the garden wading pool! Have a look at the pictures and see yourself what else happened at the weekend.
There is a world record to be set! And, honestly, is there any better browser than Firefox? At least for Windows I don’t know one!
